The service you are using

These terms apply to OOUUH AI at oouuhai.com. By using it, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Our tools have different outputs:

• Oouuh Trend: two portraits are used to create a 15-second vertical performance guided by a fixed reference, with its original soundtrack. You assign the ukulele player and singer and choose the available environment and quality.
• Original Song: two portraits or one duo photo guide a new song video, with one person playing ukulele and the other singing. An optional topic guides lyrics and language.
• Hotel Lobby AI: two portraits or one duo photo guide an original rap performance on one of eight stages. Its orange studio is inspired by the Migos AI video trend; it does not include the original Hotel Lobby recording.

The tools are independent of the artists and COLORS. A trend reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Your account and photo permissions

You can prepare a creation before signing in. Submitting a task requires an account and the authentication or verification shown by the service. Keep your account details accurate, protect your login and report unauthorized use. You must have the legal capacity to use the service and make purchases, with a parent or guardian involved where required.

Use only photos and topics you are entitled to submit, with permission from the people pictured and any required guardian consent for children. You are responsible for the rights needed to create and share a result.

Content standards and prohibited uses

These rules apply to uploaded photos, topics, instructions and generated content. Do not request, create, upload or share:

• Pornography, sexually explicit or other NSFW sexual content, including sexualized nudity and non-consensual intimate content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging violence or serious harm.
• Hate speech, dehumanization, or threats and harassment targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, or other content that abuses or endangers children, including AI-generated or manipulated depictions.
• Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, including falsely presenting someone as endorsing a product, making a statement or engaging in an act. Obtain permission to use a person's likeness; do not present an AI performance as a real recording.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness or other rights, including photos, music and reference material you are not entitled to use.

Other unlawful uses, abuse of free offers and interference with accounts or service operation are also prohibited.

Content reports and appeals

Anyone can report suspected violations by emailing [email protected]. Signed-in users can also open a support ticket. Include the work link or task ID if available, the concern, relevant rights or permission information, and a way to contact you. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM or other illegal material; provide a link or identifier and a description instead.

Content review and enforcement

NSFW checks are enabled in our AI generation requests. Automated checks can reject flagged requests, but may miss prohibited content or flag permitted content; they are not a guarantee that every upload or result has been reviewed or is safe.

We may manually review reports and related content and records, request clarification, and prioritize concerns involving children, exploitation or threats of harm. Depending on the severity and recurrence, we reserve the right to refuse generation, remove content or restrict access to it, warn users, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose relevant records where required by law. Urgent measures may be taken before a review is complete.

You can request reconsideration through the same email or ticket channel, quoting the task or case reference and explaining why you believe the decision was mistaken. We may communicate an outcome or request more information where appropriate. We do not promise a fixed response time or universal human review before generation. Mandatory consumer rights and the Refund Policy remain applicable.

What an AI video can deliver

The creator displays available settings and the credit cost before submission. Faces, hands, movement, timing and lip-sync can vary. Original lyrics, pronunciation, voices and musical style can also vary. We do not guarantee an exact performance, artistic result or recreation of the real voices in your photos. Review the output before publishing it, and do not represent an AI performance as an authentic recording of someone's actions or words.

Accepted tasks continue when you close the tab. Sign in to the same account and use My videos to check progress. A connection problem or delayed update does not by itself confirm a failed generation.

Paid creation includes the complete downloadable video without our preview watermark. An eligible free result initially provides a limited preview. Unlocking reveals that same full video; it does not generate a replacement or require paid users to unlock twice.

Free previews and unlocking

Free availability depends on the account and settings shown in the creator. A preview is 480p with a watermark, limited to the first 5 seconds or half the video, whichever is shorter. There is no obligation to purchase.

An eligible 480p Oouuh Trend video preview unlocks the same full 15-second video for 20 credits. Its 720p and 1080p versions require paid credits. Original Song mode and Hotel Lobby preview availability and unlock costs follow their selected settings. Failed tasks are not automatically retried.

Prices and credit use

Where checkout is available, payments are processed by Waffo or the payment provider identified at checkout. Check the pricing page, creator and checkout for the product, charge and included credits before paying.

Single is $9.99 for 10 credits. An Oouuh Trend video uses 20 credits at 480p, 40 at 720p or 80 at 1080p. For an original song or Hotel Lobby rap, the standard Mini, 12-second, 720p configuration uses 10 credits; other models, lengths and qualities can cost more. A pack does not guarantee a video at every setting. If your balance is insufficient, we keep the balance and settings rather than automatically lowering quality or giving a higher-cost result for free.

One-time credits do not expire. Subscription credits belong to their paid period, expire at its end and do not roll over. Credits with the earliest expiry are spent first. Credits are service units, not cash, and can be exchanged for money only through an eligible purchase refund.

Renewals and cancellation

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel future renewal in Billing. Cancellation keeps your current paid period and remaining credits available until expiry; it does not refund unused days or credits.

Annual plans charge the full displayed annual price and issue that plan's annual credits together. The annual allocation is the listed amount, not twelve times a monthly plan's credits. Requesting or receiving a refund does not cancel future renewal. Cancel separately if you do not want another charge.

Failed tasks and purchase refunds

A confirmed failed paid task returns all credits charged for that task, without automatically creating another video. Returned one-time credits remain non-expiring. Subscription deductions that are still valid keep their original expiry; any deducted portion that expired during processing returns with 7 days of validity from the return date.

A delivered video uses credits even if its creative style is not what you hoped for. Contact support about technical problems such as missing audio or an unplayable file; personal taste alone does not include compensation or a free Oouuh Trend video.

Purchase refunds are handled separately. Within 7 days of payment, unused one-time credits may be refunded proportionally. A subscription payment or renewal qualifies only if all credits for that period are unused. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through the provider that processed the payment and remove the corresponding credits. The Refund Policy explains how to apply.

Rights in photos, sound and results

You keep your existing rights in uploads and allow us and relevant providers to process them to create, store and deliver the requested result. We do not take ownership of your photos, train our own AI models on your inputs or put your works into a public gallery.

Downloading a video does not grant rights to third-party music, names, likenesses or trademarks. In particular, an Oouuh Trend video includes a reference soundtrack; its availability in the tool is not a grant of music or commercial-use rights. Obtain whatever permissions your intended use requires. AI outputs may resemble other results, and copyright protection varies by jurisdiction.

Storage and access

Server input photos are deleted 24 hours after confirmed success or failure; unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours. Inputs needed for an unresolved task remain until that state is resolved. Free results awaiting unlock last 7 days after completion. Paid results last 30 days after completion, and unlocked previews last 30 days from unlocking.

Download within the period shown on the video page. Expired results cannot be played, downloaded or unlocked through the site. Removing a work from My videos does not immediately erase its files or revoke existing media links. These periods cover our storage, not every provider's systems; see the Privacy Policy.

Availability, changes and help

Generation depends on external services. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or a fixed completion time. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
